And it is this unique and God-given sovereignty of the individual, and the sovereignty of each human life, its nature and destiny, that shall be instituted and established throughout the lands of the commonwealth of Urantia.

Every individual has God-given sovereign, immutable, inalienable rights, faculties, and powers of creation as uniquely individual members of God’s creation, and these inherent natural rights vested within themselves are irreplaceable and shall not be discarded or given to another; each and every unique individual has these rights to pursue life, liberty, and happiness, freedom, harmony, and absolute love, and by their individual existence and free will choice do they attain, and as a member of the totality and the body of God's life are they protected in these endowments of life; once again, rights, faculties, and powers of creation which shall not be able to be taken away from each one nor given away by themselves.

To reveal the cosmic realities, mind meanings, and spirit values, to show how all of these ministrations—personal or otherwise—are divinely co-ordinated.

To heal the conceptual poverty associated with so much ideational confusion.

To present enlarged concepts and advanced truth, to expand cosmic consciousness and to enhance spiritual perception.

I am come to nurture, preserve, and protect these natural and sovereign inalienable rights of humankind to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness designed to ensure good and responsive individual self-government in the use of their free will in the acquisition of knowledge and use of intuition, reason, and sensation; to further educate, nurture and establish within the grasp of the individual the endowments of all faculties, capacities, sensibilities, and powers in league and allegiance with the great Circuits of Deity in order to advance that individual and allow his natural sovereign capabilities to emerge and prosper.

Capacity for divine personality is inherent in the prepersonal Adjuster; capacity for human personality is potential in the cosmic-mind endowment of the human being. But the experiential personality of mortal man is not observable as an active and functional reality until after the material life vehicle of the mortal creature has been touched by the liberating divinity of the Universal Father, being thus launched upon the seas of experience as a self-conscious and a (relatively) self-determinative and self-creative personality.

The experiential personality of mortal human life is not observable as an active and functional reality until after the material life vehicle of the mortal creature has been touched by the liberating divinity of the Universal Father, being thus launched upon the seas of experience as a self-conscious and self-decisive creature, a (relatively) self-determinative and self-creative personality who is able to govern themselves in terms of God Authority, Personality Authorship, and the Great Plan of Progressive Ascendancy. 

I Michael come to renew all minds and restore all hearts; to help individuals understand and cultivate intelligently their God-given endowments and sovereign rights as unique individuals evolving and growing upon one of the spheres of our universe; to cultivate, nurture, preserve, and protect the sovereignty of the individual in his inalienable rights and the God-given natural, immutable rights of humankind to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in the use of their free will.

My mission initiative is to establish the planetary status, to further release the Spirit of Truth for planetary function whilst giving human life an understanding of how best to enter our universal association with My Spirit Comforter, and thus affect the universal coming and residential status of the Thought Adjusters and the individual's reciprocal spiritual relation with the Individualized Adjuster Spirit.

In holding the title of Planetary Prince of Urantia, I Michael arrive to inaugurate human civilization and to focalize human society while enhancing all values of eternity and ennobling all desires and purposes and priorities necessary to fulfill the edicts of the First Person, Center and Source of all Life.

I give my Inaugural Proclamation for the Advancement of all Planetary Life allows the normal evolutionary epochs to develop over time.

I initiate the Planetary Inauguration of the Salvington New School of the Planetary Prince of Urantia injects a new and higher impetus of understanding revelation and the Trinity impulses of cosmic knowledge and soul receptivity to grow for all individuals, and for the world society and world affairs in its progression towards Light and Life.

I, Michael, initiate the Restoration of the Dispensational Epochs of the Universe Sons in Guiding Urantia Life; the Celestial Planetary and Universal Government becomes established.

Michael Of Nebadon Sovereign Trust brings about the progressive Implementation of Christ Michael’s Plan with the Michael Of Nebadon Worldwide Revelatory Commission in Redesigning, Restoring, Renewing, Regenerating, Rehabilitating, and Reordering the planetary epochs of divine dispensations and those celestial ministries of the Sons of God who arrive in an orderly progression of development to upstep the race towards its destiny in Light and Life; enlightening all world affairs, and establishing the magnificence of universe administration and guidance of the planetary activities.

Even further, Christ Michael is bringing forth into actuality the Celestial Government and Divine Administration, and the Worldwide Revelatory Commission Epochal Ministries for the Planet.

Perceive his omnipresence all around you by applying the power of your faith and trust .. your intention and invocations powers. The eleven powers of holy faith shall raise your mind unto the soul mind capable of gaining the divine vision .. awakening your divine insight .. flexing your spiritual perception .. opening unto the heights of the eternal perspectives in how you understand life's circumstances and relationships. 

I Michael .. 'stand in' for the First and Second Centers within our Universe .. as their Personified Expression and Existence. I am created, and then, after a long, long education .. I am sent outward from the Center and Triune Source to create a universe home for trillions of personalities .. and then, am I bidden to guide all within my creative domain with the Universe Spirit .. to create, educate and uphold, to preserve and nourish and ascend my creation of creatures who possess the free will capacities to venture forth towards the Paradise Fountainhead of all Light and Life.

In my Personified Identity and Nature.. I reveal the nature and attributes and identity of the First Parent of Existence .. and within God the Sevenfold, I am the Vine of Life .. designed to extend and give Life .. to emanate and expand Life .. to grant Life Eternal .. to distribute Eternal Life to those creatures who make themselves humble and honorable and holy by their moral choices and soul-motivated determination for advancement in Love and Light .. by their hunger for Life Everlasting. 

God is everywhere present; the Universal Father rules the circle of eternity. But he rules in the local universes in the persons of his Paradise Creator Sons, even as he bestows life through these Sons. “God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Sons.” These Creator Sons of God are the personal expression of himself in the sectors of time and to the children of the whirling planets of the evolving universes of space.

The highly personalized Sons of God are clearly discernible by the lower orders of created intelligences, and so do they compensate for the invisibility of the infinite and therefore less discernible Father. 

The Paradise Creator Sons of the Universal Father are a revelation of an otherwise invisible being, invisible because of the absoluteness and infinity inherent in the circle of eternity and in the personalities of the Paradise Deities.

Creatorship is hardly an attribute of God; it is rather the aggregate of his acting nature. And this universal function of creatorship is eternally manifested as it is conditioned and controlled by all the co-ordinated attributes of the infinite and divine reality of the First Source and Center. We sincerely doubt whether any one characteristic of the divine nature can be regarded as being antecedent to the others, but if such were the case, then the creatorship nature of Deity would take precedence over all other natures, activities, and attributes. And the creatorship of Deity culminates in the universal truth of the Fatherhood of God.

Thou fellows of The Planetary City ...

I sayeth existence is everywhere present. His life existence upholds all harmony .. preserves all order .. protects all in a transcendent justice.

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy: but I say unto you ...

Love your enemies, perceive your similarities, bless them that curse you, understand your own reflections, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven .. that you might evolve upwards unto union with Cause; for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 

Thus, shall you discover equanimity in all things, and unconditional love shall taketh root in thee.

For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the heathens do the same by loving those who please them and hating and despising those who are displeasing to them? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the heathens of the world doeth so?

I say .. arise unto engagement with the Father's Life, extend unto your expression his glory. Maketh thine expressions be of perfect love, and ye shall be emanating his glory into your experience.

Be ye therefore aiming for perfection as the idea you are to become, even as your Father, which is in heaven is perfect in his infinite domain, so shall you be walking in integrity, dignity, and honor.

Refinement, Sensitivity, and Revelations

Passion and prejudice and preconception shall not predominate over reason and conscience and faith. 

Public opinion is often a tyrant, crushing the individuality of judgment and the expressions of deliverance; a censorship, unfriendly to free exertion and enterprise shall no longer dominate. 

The tone of society should be elevated and ennobled; and opinions shall gradually become more individual whereby true understanding shall emerge growing wisdom and a more uncompromising love. 

Ye shall cherish a faith which shall tolerate and give a hearing to every newly revealed form of truth, based upon liberty and justice .. order and law. Not merely charity and compassionate mercy yet justice and accountability is the demand of the hour for the humanity. 

The hope that brightens the future of all countries and the world at large is that ye might lay a new emphasis and priority upon the principle of justice and order between human and human. 

This principle of justice and divine order lives within the growing soul vesture and must eventually be legitimately expressed by each individual as the newly-inspired vision emerges. Upon these laws of justice and order cometh a refinement on all levels psychologically and throughout the personality. All reformations of the civilization .. its newly awakening trajectories and tendencies of the future shall begin to thrive and prosper as Eternal Law becomes understood and upheld in the cultures of the world. 

These new understandings shall  cleanse the civilization of its atheism and antagonism, and its crude form of politics, and its tendencies at this day and age to politicize society unnecessarily. Changes such as these shall purify individuals of their moral  corruption and unrighteousness. 

It shall sweep away the artificial shows of appearance and the ingenuine shams of deliberate misleadings that infest society with fears, doubts, distrust, and offensive ugliness. 

It shall break down one class over another; give woman her rights whilst settle the long conflict between the socioeconomic classes of capital and labor. 

The world shall be made to see and feel that nothing is safe .. nothing can stand .. nothing can prosper .. that is not based upon justice and order .. harmony and love.

An injustice done to one man or woman ..  one creature to another anywhere .. by anyone .. is an injustice and an offense to the whole brotherhood everywhere, and must be evolutionized .. eternalized into new meanings, spirit values, the higher urges and the more refined elevations of character and selflessness and sensitivity . . .

Phases of the Kingdom of Love

I distinctly teach humanity a new concept of the double nature of the kingdom. I portray to you  the following two phases:

First. The kingdom of God in this world is the supreme desire to do the will of God, the unselfish love of all women and men which yields the good fruits of an certain increasing capacities of mind to understand reality and become wholehearted, an improved ethical and moral conduct in their character necessary to make righteous choices in favor of truth, and the overall personality attunement with the all-loving preparations of the Father’s Indwelling Spirit Identity.

Second. The kingdom of God in heaven, the goal of mortal believers after they have attained eternal fusion with their Indwelling Adjuster Spirit, the estate wherein the love for God is perfected, and wherein the will of God is done more divinely through advancing service expression and socializing education upon the spheres of greater light.

I teach that, by faith, the believer enters the kingdom now through the mastery demonstration of their personal endowment. In my various gospel lectures I teach that two things are essential to faith-entrance into the kingdom of the universes:

1. Faith, sincerity. To come as a little child, to receive the bestowal of sonship as a gift; to submit to the doing of the Father’s will without questioning and in the full confidence and genuine trustfulness of the Father’s wisdom; to come into the kingdom free from prejudice and preconception; to be open-minded and teachable like an unspoiled child.

2. Truth hunger. The thirst for righteousness, a change of mind, the acquirement of the motive to be like God and to find God.
